Written plainly, so there are no surprises at the counter. The final terms for your booking are always confirmed in writing before pickup.
Insurance
Basic cover (included)
Every rental includes the statutory third-party liability insurance required in the Republic of Cyprus, plus Collision Damage Waiver with an excess. The exact excess amount depends on the vehicle group and is confirmed in writing before pickup.
Excess reduction (optional)
An optional daily cover can reduce or remove the damage excess. Ask on WhatsApp for the current option and price for your chosen car and dates.
Not covered
Damage caused by driving under the influence, off-road driving, wrong fuel, lost keys, and damage to tyres, glass, undercarriage or roof are typically excluded from the basic cover unless an additional option is taken.
Driving to the north (TRNC)
Insurance issued in the Republic of Cyprus is not valid in the north. If you plan to cross a checkpoint you must tell us before pickup, and separate insurance has to be purchased at the crossing point. Crossing without informing us and without valid cover leaves you fully liable for any damage, and may be a breach of the rental agreement.
Driver requirements
- ·Valid driving licence held for the required minimum period.
- ·Passport or ID and a payment method in the main driver's name.
- ·Minimum driver age applies and may vary by vehicle group — confirm on WhatsApp.
- ·A refundable security deposit may be requested at pickup.
Fuel policy
Cars are supplied with a fuel level recorded on the rental agreement and should be returned at the same level.
